Two independent data points provide a more complete picture than price alone
The cheapest business center is not necessarily the one with the most satisfied customers.
Conversely, very high customer satisfaction may be associated with a premium positioning and therefore a significantly higher budget.
For our third comparison, we therefore combined two different indicators: publicly advertised pricing and Google customer ratings.
This approach makes it possible to look beyond price alone and examine the combination of affordability and customer experience.
The case of Colors Business Center
Colors offers a dedicated workstation in a shared workspace from:
€199 per month.
This price includes a fixed workstation, the possibility of establishing the company’s registered office at the address, internet access, furniture, utilities, cleaning, secure 24/7 access and 10 hours of meeting room use per month.
At the same time, at the time of our data collection, Colors Business Center Bertrange had a Google rating of:
4.9/5 based on 170 reviews.
It is this combination of price and customer satisfaction that particularly distinguishes Colors within our benchmark.
Other business centers
Silversquare
Silversquare Liberté also has a very strong public reputation, with a Google rating of 4.7/5 based on 97 reviews at the time of our data collection.
Its market positioning is different, however, with spaces and services that also target a premium customer segment.
The Office
The Office Charlotte also has a substantial number of customer reviews, with a Google rating of 4.5/5 based on 92 reviews.
The Office is therefore a well-established player in Luxembourg’s coworking market, with a community-focused and central positioning that differs from that of Colors.
Regus and Spaces
Regus and Spaces benefit from an advantage that an independent Luxembourg operator cannot replicate: they are part of the international IWG network, providing access to a global network of business centers.
Their value proposition is therefore significantly different.
A distinctive combination for a business center
This analysis does not attempt to determine which operator is superior across every possible criterion.
Instead, it highlights a more specific finding:
among the major operators included in our analysis, Colors offers a particularly strong combination of a low entry price and a high level of customer satisfaction.
With a dedicated workstation available from €199 per month and a Google rating of 4.9/5 based on 170 reviews for its Bertrange location, Colors occupies a distinctive position within our comparison.
Why this methodology is robust
The two indicators come from separate sources.
Pricing can be verified through the operators’ publicly available commercial offers.
Customer satisfaction is measured using public Google ratings and reviews.
Using two separate sources significantly reduces the risk of drawing a conclusion based solely on an operator’s own commercial messaging.
Sources: operators’ official websites for publicly advertised prices and services; public Google data for customer ratings and review counts, collected in September 2026.
