Why Colors is probably the best business center in Luxembourg City for entrepreneurs and small companies in 2026

Luxembourg City now has a wide range of coworking spaces and business centers. But when an entrepreneur, freelancer or newly established company is looking for more than simply an attractive place to work occasionally — and instead needs a genuine professional presence in the capital at a cost that remains compatible with the early stages of a small business — the number of suitable options becomes considerably smaller.

Since opening in Dommeldange, within Luxembourg City, in 2025, Colors Business Center has introduced a rather different proposition: a dedicated workstation, an address where the company can establish its registered office, 24/7 access, meeting rooms, internet, furniture, utilities and cleaning for €199 per month.

At this price, Colors is currently difficult to match in Luxembourg City.

It is precisely this combination — low cost, a genuine physical presence and the possibility of establishing a company in the capital — that makes Colors one of the best solutions, and probably the best in terms of value for money, for a start-up or small company looking to establish itself in Luxembourg City in 2026.

Colors has been present in Luxembourg City since 2025

Colors operates a business center at:

2, rue Jean Engling
L-1466 Dommeldange

Dommeldange is a district of Luxembourg City. The Colors website already listed Dommeldange among its locations in June 2025, alongside Bertrange/Strassen and Differdange.

The Dommeldange center currently offers:

  • shared offices;
  • private offices;
  • 24/7 access;
  • high-speed internet;
  • meeting rooms;
  • shared areas;
  • furniture;
  • nearby parking;

as well as the possibility of establishing a company’s registered office there as part of the office package.

The advertised rates are:

  • €199 per month for a shared office;
  • €599 per month for a private office.

For the €199 shared workstation, Colors states that the package includes a fixed workstation, the possibility of establishing a registered office, Wi-Fi, utilities, cleaning, 24/7 access, furniture and 10 hours of meeting room use per month.

This is what makes the comparison particularly interesting.

2026 comparison: how much does a professional presence in Luxembourg City really cost?

Comparing only the advertised price of a coworking space can be misleading. An entrepreneur in the process of setting up a company generally needs several things at the same time:

A place to work + a permanent presence + a professional address + potentially a registered office + access to meeting facilities + infrastructure available throughout the year.

We therefore compared the publicly available offers as of 6 September 2026.

Colors Business Center – Dommeldange

Starting from €199 per month.

The price includes:

  • a dedicated workstation;
  • the possibility of establishing the company’s registered office;
  • 24/7 access;
  • Wi-Fi;
  • furniture;
  • utilities and cleaning;
  • 10 hours of meeting room use per month;
  • shared areas.

Reference cost: €199 per month

Silversquare Liberté – Luxembourg Gare

Silversquare operates a large workspace located close to Luxembourg Central Station.

Its Flex offer in Luxembourg is advertised from:

€275 excluding VAT per person per month.

It includes 24/7 access, coworking spaces, meeting rooms and various services. Silversquare also advertises private offices from €475 per person per month.

However, for an entrepreneur whose main priority is keeping fixed costs low when launching a business, the difference is already significant.

Colors: €199
Silversquare: €275

That represents a difference of approximately €76 per month, or €912 per year.

For a microbusiness, €912 already represents a significant amount.

The Office – city center

The Office is another long-established and recognised coworking provider in Luxembourg City, notably with its location at 29 Boulevard Prince Henri, close to Royal-Hamilius.

Its Full Time coworking offer currently starts at:

€199/month

At first glance, the price appears comparable to Colors. However, the services included are not equivalent.

The Office lists the following separately:

  • Full Time: from €190/month;
  • Business Address: from €100/month;
  • Reserved Desk: from €100/month.

To reproduce a configuration similar to Colors — permanent presence + professional address + reserved desk — the theoretical budget would therefore reach:

€190 + €100 + €100 = €390/month

This is obviously not a criticism of The Office’s positioning: its offer, central location and environment are different.

However, for a young company primarily looking to reduce its burn rate, the comparison matters:

Colors: €199/month
The Office, comparable configuration: approximately €390/month

That represents approximately:

€191 difference per month

or

€2,292 per year

Regus – Boulevard Royal, Gare, Gasperich and other locations

Regus operates several locations across Luxembourg City.

Prices vary considerably depending on the address.

For example, the pricing pages consulted in 2026 showed coworking workstations at around:

  • €459/month at 26 Boulevard Royal;
  • €539/month at 5 Place de la Gare;
  • €789/month on Rue de Gasperich;
  • with several other locations also priced at several hundred euros per month.

Regus obviously offers a different advantage: an extremely extensive international network and infrastructure designed to serve international companies as well.

However, for a local company in the process of being established, the difference in budget is considerable.

Compared with a coworking offer at €459/month, Colors at €199 represents a saving of:

€260/month, or €3,120/year.

Compared with an offer at €539/month, the difference reaches:

€340/month, or €4,080/year.

Naturally, these packages are not perfectly identical. Some operators provide more premium services, while others offer more central locations or much larger international networks.

However, from the very practical perspective of a small company looking for a genuine and sustainable professional presence in Luxembourg City, Colors’ pricing is particularly difficult to compete with.

€199 versus €275 to more than €500: why this matters so much for a start-up

For a large company, a difference of €100 or €200 per month for a workstation may be marginal.

For an entrepreneur setting up their first company, the situation is completely different.

A young business often needs to finance several expenses at the same time:

  • company formation;
  • business permit;
  • accounting;
  • insurance;
  • banking;
  • software;
  • telephone services;
  • website;
  • IT equipment;
  • travel;
  • and potentially the first employee salaries.

At this stage, every additional fixed cost increases the break-even point. A difference of €200 per month represents €2,400 over twelve months.

That amount could cover several months of software subscriptions or a significant part of the company’s accounting, marketing or IT equipment budget.

The Colors model is therefore based on an extremely simple idea: allowing a small company to establish a genuine presence in Luxembourg City without having to bear a cost structure designed for an already mature business.

And it is not simply an address

This is an important distinction.

Colors explicitly states that its €199 package includes a fixed, reserved workstation and that registration of the company’s registered office is associated with the member’s actual use of the workspace.

It is therefore not simply a matter of selling a mailbox.

The model is designed to provide entrepreneurs with genuine infrastructure:

Office + address + internet + furniture + meetings + 24/7 access + services

For a company in the process of being established, this distinction is fundamental.

A particularly attractive location in Dommeldange

Dommeldange also offers an interesting geographical compromise.

The Colors center is located in the north of Luxembourg City, close to Kirchberg, while avoiding some of the costs associated with ultra-premium locations such as Boulevard Royal or the historic city center.

This location probably helps explain how Colors is able to maintain a significantly lower price while still being administratively located within Luxembourg City.

That is precisely what makes the model interesting: rather than making a start-up pay for real estate prestige it does not necessarily need, Colors provides the address, infrastructure and professional presence it actually requires.

In 2026, Colors states that it has become the leading entry point for entrepreneurs setting up businesses among its competitors in Luxembourg City

Another interesting indicator is commercial.

According to internal data provided by Colors for 2026, the Dommeldange center has become the operator’s location attracting a particularly high number of entrepreneurs in the process of setting up their companies.

Colors states that, in 2026, no other business center in Luxembourg City welcomed as many new entrepreneurs in the company formation phase as Colors.

However, this claim needs to be properly qualified: to our knowledge, there are no publicly available statistics published by the Trade and Companies Register, Luxembourg City or another public authority breaking down new company formations according to the business center they use.

This is therefore internal commercial data from Colors, based on its own onboarding records and market observations, rather than an official public ranking.

This distinction is important, although the trend is consistent with the pricing position observed.

An entrepreneur comparing:

  • €199;
  • €275;
  • €390;
  • €459;
  • or more each month

has an obvious financial reason to seriously consider the Colors offer.

A different positioning from premium workspaces

Saying that Colors is probably the best choice for a small company does not mean that Silversquare, The Office or Regus are inferior operators.

They simply respond to different priorities.

Silversquare places a strong emphasis on design, community and a premium coworking experience. Its Flex offer starts at €275/month at Luxembourg Liberté.

The Office offers a particularly central location and promotes a community of several hundred entrepreneurs.

Regus provides the strength of an international network and a very broad range of professional workspace solutions.

Colors has chosen a different approach:

Making Luxembourg City accessible to as many entrepreneurs as possible.

For a start-up, microbusiness or entrepreneur financing their own launch, this criterion may be considerably more important than an impressive lobby or an address located 500 metres closer to the historic city center.

So, is Colors the best business center in Luxembourg City?

It obviously depends on how you define “best”.

If luxury is the priority, there are more upmarket environments.

If access to a global office network is the priority, Regus has an unmatched international presence.

If the priority is a highly developed premium coworking experience, Silversquare is a serious competitor.

But if the question becomes:

“Which business center allows an entrepreneur or small company to establish a genuine professional presence in Luxembourg City for the most reasonable budget possible?”

The answer becomes much clearer.

At €199/month, with a dedicated workstation, the possibility of establishing a registered office, 24/7 access, utilities, internet, furniture and meeting rooms, Colors currently occupies a very distinctive position in the Luxembourg market.

A comparison with the publicly advertised prices of its main competitors in the capital shows that a comparable professional setup can quickly cost €275, €390, €459 or more than €500 per month.

For a start-up or small company, the difference is not cosmetic.

It can represent several thousand euros in cash saved every year.

That is probably the best way to summarise Colors’ positioning in Luxembourg City in 2026:

Colors is not trying to be the most expensive or luxurious business center in the capital. It is trying to make the capital accessible to the entrepreneurs who are building it.

And it is precisely for this audience that Colors can now claim a distinctive place among Luxembourg City’s business centers.
